I love banking here. Of course, it's a credit union, so there are all the typical perks. The only reason I don't give them 5 stars is that it's nearly impossible to connect your account to any modern personal finance apps like Mint or Personal Capital. If the online banking login system were updated, I'm sure I would give them 6 stars.nnEdit 12/2020: they upgraded their online banking system this year and I’m changing my rating from 4 to 5 stars.
Having problem with online banking now my acct is locked and I called the 1800 number and no help from them frustrated
The people are always friendly and very helpful
Terrible customer service... I’ll leave it at that..
7 ppl in line and the teller walks away to help some1 open an account while we all stand here
