Werner/nowCrawford requires you have your taxes in by 3/1 or 3/15 so your taxes will be done before by 4/15. The first year my taxes were in in 4/1.I had to file an extension. The front desk gal said they lost them for a little while charged me $225 with prepped taxes after several calls(August/Sept. finally signed papers), she kept telling me they went in order when I’d call. The Second year I had them in on 3/10 prepped as usual. After several calls and finally stopping in there a couple times in July/August. They Young man stated they had forgotten about them and this was the second time I had a sit down meeting with him within a couple months. I own a business and know mistakes happen, that is why I went back the send year(he Also hired additional staff). I understand mistakes happen. I feel $950 is excessive for the situation. I was rude, but I’d had enough. It doesn’t take 4-5 months. I’m usually not rude. I usually don’t take the time to write a review.
