This company is very inept in every aspect of what a service company should be .nThey are not helpfulnThey do not have knowledge of what they are providingnThey falsify informationnOne representative told me that I was being too prideful when I wanted to have a battery operated unit instead of trying to manage the huge metal tanks while being in a wheel chair.nI have muscular Dystrophy and lack the strength to manage the huge tanks.nnWhen I was finally given the battery operated unit they called me and said I must return it immediately or pay $2900 !!!!! They said my insurance denied coverage !!!! Which was untrue!!! The person at the Butte store entered the wrong numbers on the invoice causing the problem. The unit was personally returned to the location in Butte and I received Another letter demanding $2900!!!!nI finally contacted the headquarters in Florida who sorted out the situation.nnI am changing Oxygen providers and telling as many as I can about the terrible service I received at the Butte Montana store
