We have used Measure Law and specifically Kelly O'Brien in a variety of legal areas. She has guided us on business transactions including the establishment of business entities and the transfer of business property. We have used her office for trademark establishments as well as real estate transactions. The team at Measure law has also guided us in areas of family legal and guardianship matters. Marybeth Sampsel is a one in a million lawyer, especially in Montana where the range of quality in attorneys range from top notch to bottom of the barrel. Marybeth actually cares for her clients well being and really gave 100% in my very contentious and complicated case which was botched by the lawyers on both sides previously.nnMarybeth stepped in and fixed a major headache of a settlement agreement and did so without needlessly running up the bill which was definitely NOT my experience with my other lawyers. She takes notes and actually calls back her clients in a timely fashion as well.nnI would never use another lawyer in the Great State of Montana, Marybeth is sharp, diligent, creative and persistent, her level of service is unmatched. Mary Beth and measure law have been working with my husband Vince for about the past 3 to 4 years. It was a very difficult custody case that Pennsylvania was failing to act on and the children were here in Montana. She was very diligent, compassionate and caring and aggressive when she needed to be. She stuck with us through every phase of this including when we travel to Montana keeping in contact with us, and ensuring everything was okay staying in touch with us in Pennsylvania and then working with us on the transition when we move to Montana in 2017. It is only through her hard work and effort that Vince was able to see his children after 6 years. She is very fair to both sides involved in the litigation and acts very ethically and here's the best interest of the children at heart. She's a warm loving caring person and an excellent attorney. If you need an attorney to handle a complicated case she's the one and she'll go the extra mile. I cannot say enough good things about Vince experience with her
