Never really have too many problems. I prefer stopping here since it is closer to home. Some of the staff need to work on customer service. Also need to have available staff helping when it gets busy. Overall the layout is nice, parking isn't too bad.
This is one of the cleaner and brighter Town Pump sites, with a nice selection of merchandise, great bathrooms, and a friendly staff (Josh, the assistant manager, is particularly helpful and welcoming). Exxon.
There is Town Pump West and the east end Town Pump. Although both locations have what's commonly found in a convenience store and have some dynamic employees, the east end location has more parking and fueling space. I get a bit worried about parking lot mishaps.
I have been treated very awesome and it's feels great. But now if it was a few years back I wouldn't even give a 1/4 of a star because this evil women harassed me time and time again blaming me for stealing. She yelled out in front of a 10 customers that I better not ne stealing. So I cussed her oit and left. Rating from my past experience to now I can say alot had definitely changed. I give them a 98.7% back then I give them a 15.1% for all their rude attitudes.
