I have been going here for years, the doctors are great. But whatever is going on with the front desk lady’s or whoever books appointments is getting on my nerves. I had an appointment today for 1:30 I wrote it down as she told me. And I get there and apparently I can’t be seen because I had the wrong time. This has been happing so often. Something needs to change.

I went here to get a covid test per work request. And they have 0 signs anywhere that tell you to go to the back of building. The lady that came out and did my test was absolutely rude and told me I'm a nasty girl. I simply told them they needed to have signs out to tell people where to go. Absolutely unacceptable and rude.

I love this clinic! Friendly staff. Can be a bit snobbish when it’s busy, but who wouldn’t be?! ;) I trust them 100%. Thorough. Very professional doctors. Very friendly assistants.

I do not recommend Big Sky Family Medicine based on my experiences. My last experience was the worst. I went seeking help for a specific problem and the doctor kept pushing unrelated tests, vaccines and medications. None of which had anything to do with the purpose of my visit. I will not be going back under any circumstances.

I recently saw Dr Smith, and was very happy with the care provided. Everyone from the front desk to nurses and the medical records staff, was amazing.nMy first appointment was cancled due to a sickness, but the front desk contacted me 3 days before and rescheduled at the best time for me. From my 1st call to them till I walked out the people at the front desk were very helpful.nI only had to wait about 5 minutes and thats because I was 20 minutes early. The nurse was very nice and fast with the preliminary stuff. She said Dr Smith would be with me shortly so I prepared for a long wait knowing they were really busy. After about 10 minutes Dr Smith came in and began talking and going over my concerns and issues. He listened well, and made sure to ask for clarification. He was nice and made me feel very comfortable.nBeing a guy who doesn't normally go to the Dr I was unsure of how the experience would be and really didn't have high hopes; however I was blown away with how nice and caring everyone was. I really felt like they were taking as interest in helping me, and doing all they could to make sure they covered all the basics.nFor anyone looking for a Doctor I would highly recommend Big Sky Family Medicine. Big shout out to Dr Smith.
