Once you navigate the cultural linguistics you will discover this is not run like a normal health care facility but rather some colonialist type of setup for the Indians.

I was treated with excellent care. The staff was efficient, kind,experienced and helpful. I have been a registered nurse for 40 years and know quality of care. They saved me quickly, kindly and administered excellent care. Thank you staff. Especially Dr. Torres, RN Arlene and the registration staff. One suggestion would be for staff to identify themselves to the out of towners. Thank you so much. Great Job!

When my appendix was getting ready to burst, and possibly kill me, i was operated on by doctors at the IHS. When i was put under with anesthesia, I didn't believe that I would be waking up again. However I did. My appendix was removed, and I returned to my normal life. Sure, they may be slow and it is at times limited, but I wouldn't be here if it wasn't for them. I don't think I'd survive a flight to great falls. Thank you IHS staff for all that you've done for me.

I was rushed here (50 miles) by ambulance while on vacation when I developed a kidney stone. I received identical treatment to what I would have received at my local hospital in Indiana-only faster. I had a CT Scan almost immediately upon arrival after a thorough history was obtained. I couldn't believe a hospital this size even had one. Everyone in the ER was wonderful during my 5-6 hour treatment. The residents of this community should be proud of this hospital and emergency room.

Whoever answers the dental part is very RUDE! No manners no respect. Just completely mean don't like your Job to whatever female answers get a new one else where or don't answer the phone I was not mean I was not rude all I was wondering was about something. Or they need to go to school/training on answering phones lol any other part of the hospital they answer with manners/respect an ain't rude at all.nJust the dental department...nCheer up no reason to be so mean
