Would recommend Idaho Spine and Sport PT to anyone. Went in because an old injury was giving me a lot of pain. Was quickly diagnosed, and on the right track for recovery. Overall a great experience.

I had been suffering from debilitating neck and upper back pain to the point I had no mobility on my right arm/shoulder. From the first treatment I got some mobility and less pain by like third session we were really decreasing pain and we regained mobility of my arm. The hands on is great and they educate you so you can be okay once your case is closed. The staff is great over at McMillan n Cloverdale.

I have been going to Wright Physical Therapy about two months. What a wonderful improvement! I am being treated by Dr Garrett Olson for frozen shoulder and arthritic neck. I am aready feeling relief. I have a more positive outlook now.

I love this place! I look forward to every session ud83dude0a. The atmosphere is so positive and they are so caring. I enjoy every conversation I have with everyone! They torture me sometimes, but it's worth it ,I always feel better afterwards. I'm getting stronger and it doesn't hurt so much going up and down the stairs. Oh, and they have great coffee!

So this is hard because I truly think the PT I've seen, Zeb, did a great job and listen very well and I was willing to go see him again.nHowever, they make you pay immediately even when you tell them that your insurance will cover it. I understand they are afraid of not getting their money, however, my insurance did pay them three days after I did, now almost two months, three phone calls later I am still waiting for my reimbursement. The first time I called they told me I had to wait the next billing cycle to get reimbursed. I think it's unacceptable when you except your patient to pay immediately. The second time they told me to wait for the following week. The third time I was told that they were sending my check that day. That was last Wednesday, still nothing. In the mean time I have received coupons to go back and a phone call for a workshop, but no check.nSo if you have met your deductible go there, if you have not, avoid the place.
