Scheduled appointment for a specific time. Got there when I was suppose to taking time off work. They called the day before to verify the time. When I got there they told me a new time. I showed them the message and they said they must have got it wrong and couldn't see me now, so I would have to take additional time off work. The lady at the front was very unfriendly. They must make people wait a long time as there was about 30 people waiting.
