Worst experience we've had with a PCP. Would not recommend. I'll be filing a grievance with my health insurance.

We needed to find a new Dr after our family Dr of 10 years had to close her practice. She was such a great Dr, I didn’t know if we could find someone as good as she was. We decided to go with Jeff Ball after reading reviews and he was also near by. Jeff Ball has been awesome!! He’s very informative, he doesn’t rush you, he listens, he calls to follow up with labs or just to see how your feeling, he’s very friendly and our kids like him. We have been able to get in for same day appointments and the staff has been friendly at St. Al’s in Kuna. We have found a great PA for our family! ud83dude0a very happy with our choice.

He is an Amazing Doctor ! He makes our Family feel like he cares he has made after hours call to check up on our Children to make sure they were getting better with true concern he goes above and beyond any doctor we have ever had!! Thank you for being such a Great Doctor

Dr. Ball really cares about his patients. I have never felt rushed or that my health situation wasn't important. I feel very confident talking with Dr. Ball. Everyone there, from front office to throw back of the clinic are all professional. Thank you for having a clinic in Kuna.
