Family Dental Center - Scott R. Gardner, DDS

I used to have such an amazing experience with this dentist as a kid. I wouldn't want to go anywhere else. Even as my siblings and I started getting older we started taking our children to this dentist. It WAS great! But the last few months have been over the top terrible. I've put in a request for an appointment four or five times. I've called their office multiple times. They never get back to me about the appointment requests, even to say sorry they're booked. They don't answer the phone. They don't return the phone calls when I leave a voicemail. I'm very disappointed in the way the service is there now and how I've suddenly been treated. I have been having excruciating pain with my teeth for a few months now and I've had to go to the doctor's to get some pain meds just to go through work. Haven't been able to eat solids in almost a week. I really needed my teeth worked on, was hoping that my dentist would pull through like they've always done. So in the past they definitely would've been a five star dentist. But with the way I've been treated I'm giving them only two

Amazing staff and very professional! Everything Is clean and orderly. Front desk is friendly and will work with your options and plans. They make sure to give you honest treatment and use your insurance to save you time and money. No judgment when how you come in, but patient and understanding in giving instruction. Their results are quick, and their work is excellent. My favorite dentists!

By far the best dentist I've EVER had. Everyone there goes out of their way to make you feel comfortable and I truly feel that their efforts are genuine. Dr. Gardner has more than once gone out of his way to accommodate me in terms of scheduling, budget, and in emergency situations. The doctor and staff are definitely the best of the best, and I can't say enough to truly convey how much they really go above and beyond any other dentistry place I've been,(and I've been to several),.Thank you guys for the fear out of the dentist for me. You guys are amazing.
