Front office staff has no earthly clue how to handle patients in a fast-paced, clinic environment. Rudely hung up on my wife twice when she attempted to cancel and reschedule an appointment with them because she fell ill (however not within their 24-hour mandate). Claimed that my wife had rescheduled 4 times before, regardless of the 2 previous times they had done the same to us. Irrespective of this, there is a way to maintain a professional decorum with your patients, in which this dental clinic has no clue. Better care can be provided at any of the other numerous locations that can be found in the area. Don't subject yourself to this type of customer care, especially if you're active duty military. You're hard earned money can be better spent elsewhere.

They have been our family provider for years!! Even after pcs and retiring we returned to them for our families dental needs!

I love these people, And this dentist does excellent work!!!!!!
