This was my second time needing medical care at Spanish Springs ROC. From the moment I walked through the door to the time of checking out the staff was beyond amazing! BOTH times.nFriendly scale - 20+nHelpful - 20+nKnowledgeable - 20+nThoughtfulness - 20+nSystematic and Timely 20+++nI highly recommend Reno Orthopedic Clinic all locations. It's an incredible Orthopedic Practice!

Great experience. We walked in and were seen within a few minutes! Dr. Sacht was awesome with my 13 year old. He made an impression and she's following his guidance, so that is great!

Matt was able to diagnose my problem after an exam & X-rays within minutes. Very understanding, fast, compassionate, & professional. 5 stars all the way around. ROC Express is just a completely better way to handle orthopedic problems. So much faster!!!
