Went in with a severely damaged shoulder that was the result of a 4 to5 ft fall from a ladder. Motion was minimal. In a very short period I was gaining motion and strength in my shoulder. The doctors and the physical therapist were excellent. Significant motion and strength have returned in a very short time. I also have the tools to work on my own. Great job at Concentra Urgent Care.

Mixed review.......nI 1st went to the sparks Nevada location. I arrived at about 1:15pm, and even though I had a Concentra form that said physicals could only be done until 2pm, I was told no, not today. The young lady at the desk was quite short and unapologetic. I then went to the South Reno clinic and the difference was night and day, the staff was very courteous and professional. A very positive experience there!

I ended up going to Concentra for a drug test after the horrid service (if you can call it service) at North State Drug.nnAfter explaining my experience to the front desk, she said it was very common and to come to them.nnI DID!!nnFrom the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a friendly smile, attitude and tone.nnI told her I was here for a drug test, told me it would be about an hour or so and to have a seat.nnI was offered water and juice to help me “go”nnAnd honestly, it was the best drug test I was ever given!nnComing here was a COMPLETELY different experience than North State!nnHere I was not treated as a nuisance, or made to feel like I was some low life thug! I was treated with warmth and with respect.nnIf your employer gives you the opportunity to select where to take your drug test PLEASE ONLY SELECT THIS PLACE!!nnEmployers! ONLY GO THROUGH THIS PLACE!!nnNEVER GO TO NORTH STATE! EVER!nnIf anyone is curious see my other review to North State!

Patient were well received and well treated, the wait time was not bad too, I strongly believe they can do much better. Nurses and examiners performed their duties so well and professionally.

I need to wait outside, which was fine everyone was very pleasant. And the woman that had me do the drug test was a hoot. The tablet didn't work and she had to do it old school. She was she was amazing.
