Escape Lounge

Waiting for a delayed flight, Shay S. greeted me with such professionalism and a great big smile. I felt more than welcome. A great ambassador for the Escape Lounge. She continued to give me legendary service while waiting for my flight. Decided to have a glass of wine and Debbie took care of me. Above and beyond expectation. These days when the entire staff makes you feel like a VIP, well that’s just good business. 5 stars to whomever manages this lounge. And again big thanks to Shay & Debbie.

This lounge makes travel enjoyable. With great food and drink options, and cozy seating, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We were especially thankful for Casey, who provided excellent and friendly service throughout our stay.

Very nice place In the Reno Airport. It was a nice place to get snacks and drinks while I wait on my flight. Andreas did a great job giving all the information I needed!

Escape Lounge is exactly that, an escape from the hustle and chaos of the airport. If you are a not a member, that's fine since $35 entry fee allows access to food, snacks, desserts and complimentary drinks. There is a touch coffee specialty machine, tea, regular coffee, soda, and bar with beer on tap and selection of wines....yes complimentary. Every seat has access to an outlet to charge your devices or to work. The staff are attentive, friendly and take care of each member as if they are all executives. What a gem to find this lounge and to spend my time waiting for my flight.

One of the best cleanest and superb lounges you can attend. Debbie the supervisor was fantastic! Wished all the escape lounges were this great. Keep up the great work ladies !
