Staff very rude to my mother who wasn’t feeling well and just needed help! Disgusting this is how people treat elderly individuals who are trying to get help! Lady was very rude and abrasive and then put notes in that my mom was the problem. When my mom spoke to the office manager and scheduler they told her the notes say she is being difficult and then they were rude to her and wouldn’t even let her ask a question. Asked her questions like “do you want an appointment or not”. She just needed help. I am appalled this is how they treat people!
