Wait is sometimes long, but it's worth the interaction and time he commits to you as a person and patient. He is 100 percent there in the room with you.

One of the few doctors who actually sit and listen to you as a person and not just a patient. Sometimes the wait is longer than others, but there is no rush once Dr. Hicks is in the room with you.
