I love this practice! I have a family of five who all see Dr. Amanda Magrini. She is a gem! She listens as though you are the only patient she has; however, that is quite the opposite. Super busy office, but well worth the wait! Their staff is very polite, considerate and very professional! All have great bedside manner!!nThank you for making each visit comfortable.

Doctors, bringing your personal and political opinions into work is not okay. While providing a binder full of medical records my brother was still unable to get the help he needs because you “disagreed” with it. Not okay

I had an appointment as a new patient scheduled for over two months but, less than 15 hours before my check in time, it was rescheduled to over two weeks away by which time I will no longer have insurance. Thanks for nothing.

I was scheduled to see a provider for several weeks. I took time off of work to get to my appointment. The cancelled my appointment and didn't call to reschedule. Wanted to reschedule me for several months later. This place is a joke and should not be in business. This a primary care office not a specialty office. If you can't get patients in for several months you should not be accepting new patients. Clearly it's not about quality patient care, it's about money.

I’m not certain what is going on in the Sparks office, but when they send a patient out to get labs, and I still did not receive a return phone call. I had to call them, and NEVER received a call back from the Doctors or anyone from that office ever, about my labs, it's very unprofessional.
