They only take you 15 mins before appointment time. I would suggest coming 30 mins before because some time it take some time to check in. Quick unloading about an hour average.

Waiting over a hour to get check in with only 2 trucks in line and the 9am appointment was not ready until after noon kinda defeats the whole idea of a appointment. This place used to be quick and efficient but for whatever reason it is gone way downhill on the service.

I don’t know why that place has so many negative remarks. I came 6-45 for my 7 an appt,, 8-20 is done. They also have overnight parking with no restrooms

I had an appointment at 10:00 in the morning. I reached at 9:30. He told me to sit down. We cannot check you before 10:00. I went out and it was 11:00 when my turn came. So saying that your appointment went out, now you don't again tomorrow.
