We have stayed at several different locations handled by them, and each one was just perfect. Don Harmon and staff are great to deal with, and I would recommend them anytime you need to stay in Ruidoso. Extremely pleased!!

Very enjoyable! We appreciate the easy access to grocery store. Comfortable bed! Very homey with pool table and hot tub perks! Sierra cabin is really a house!

The home was beautiful and very comfortable to be in, definitely no complain on that at all. The reason for the low review is because I was charged double when I booked trough HomeAway, when I asked about it the person who was there to assist as during check-in explained to us how it works and asked us to call HomeAway and see if they could resolve it. so I did and was not able to figure it out, they decided to do it trough the four season company instead and was given a number so they can call them back and try to resolve the issue. I was treated bad the person who I spoke to gave me an attitude yelled at me and told me that he was not going to call anyone, I was told the issue was not with them so to go argue with someone else. up to that point I was very pleased with this company and the service, but now I think I might not consider renting from there if I am gonna be treated like that again. During check- in the service was great and I was treated very respectfully, but once I called about this over charge I was treated very different, I am not trying to be cheap and get all my money back all I wanted was to resolve the issue about the overcharge.
