Doctors Spencer and Rampton performed surgery on my foot, (amputation of the right great toe to the first joint,) and have been doing my aftercare. They have phenomenal bedside manner, care very much about managing my pain levels, and are genuinely good people. They are always willing to take the time to listen to my concerns and answer any questions I have about my prognosis and/or my aftercare. The staff are great, very friendly and more accommodating than I had any right to hope for. One of the best experiences I've had with any medical facility, I can't imagine going to anyone else for orthopedic surgery!

Awesome & most professional group.....Dr. Dodson is the best!!!nGreat experience with both surgeries on my shoulders. Just recovering from. Left shoulder....doing great!!!

I have always had good experiences with Alamogordo and we went to Ruidoso today and it was just as nice. I love how clean everything is, i really appreciate that.
