It was a great experience until they called and canceled my prescriptions. And I said you can’t do that I may end up in the hospital and a lady named Susan said then I guess you’ll be in the hospital. On top of all of that she talks down to people, she’s unprofessional, incredibly rude, lacks empathy of any kind and she can’t do basic math. If I have sit there and tell you what my prescription said and analyze how many a day that is you don’t belong working there. She also didn’t listen to a word I said when I said it needs to be stored at the pharmacy because it was too soon to fill. If you’re going there (which I never will again because who in their right mind cancels prescriptions) make sure you don’t deal with Susan. She’s a waste of space.nnHolly

We were in Ruidoso during the Christmas season and I was having breathing/coughing issues that had been diagnosed as an infection and treated in Phoenix with an antibiotic. Dr. Dimotta immediately correctly diagnosed my condition as asthma NOT an infection. Thank you, Dr. Dimotta! I was so impressed by your compassion and diagnostic talents!
