It's pretty bad when a utilities office closes for lunch and when they reopen there is only one person working! She was doing a good job but why was she left alone to handle business?!
I wish I could give less than one star. How can you not give a better time frame than 7am to 6pm? Have a job? Better call in or quit that if you need gas service. Don't like that we do things like this? Oh well. The gas guy was still on my block and wouldn't come turn it on because he marked it a no show. I call customer service and they tell me oh well. Sucks you need gas to cook for your family and you have to work to pay your bills. You should probably figure something out...
Customer service (office staff) are very friendly and helpful.
I am giving this company a one star on the simple fact that you literally have to miss a whole day of work just to get your gas turned on. They don't give you a window when they'll be there they don't give you a call before they head to your house you literally have to sit here and wait. Oh and don't forget if you're peeing or God forbid you're in the shower when they come they don't call you they just knock and if you don't answer then they leave and you have to call and reschedule and do it all over again. So not only is it costing me $70 or whatever to turn gas on which also costing me $130 for missing work today. So thank you New Mexico gas for making me miss a whole day of work.
