Garden center was fabulous!! Had some trouble finding help in store at first, but once I explained what I wanted and expected the gentleman who helped was wonderful. Great selection of goods, staff knowledgeable.
I would like to give a big thank you to delivery person Shawn for his awesome skills. He delivered my range and not a scratch anywhere. Not a easy feat. My doors and entry way are really tight. Also a big thank you to Rob in appliances for giving me some great information. The range was missing a important piece and he gave me the information I needed to find the parts needed. I shop Lowe's all the time both in store and on line
Always have the best experience at Lowe's in Clovis. Their staff is always very friendly and very helpful. Jill is amazing! I know technically she is not in customer service, but when she helped me in a customer service capacity, she followed through in a remarkable way and spent over an hour trying to resolve a disputed order. Rarely do I ever have a customer service agent follow through and they say they will, she followed through and some. Great work Jill!!
First of all one of the employees, named Stormy, walked me through my whole shopping experience. If it weren't for expertise and knowledge of the store and guidance from others. I would have been there all day. She knew I was new at this Lowe's. I had no idea how to maneuver around this store. Also, the App for this store is very backwards and doesn't go by aisles and bays for products as it should. All in all the employees are friendly. And willing to help you with any of your needs. Instead of leaving frustrated and exhausted. I actually had a pep in my step and got started on my project right away. Thank you Stormy.
