They were extremely helpful. I had quite a few items I felt would take sometime to locate. I was approached and asked if I needed help. Before I new it an employee directed me to everything I needed, had my larger items carried to the register, rang me up, and helped with loading my purchases. I was very impressed with their customer service!
Great store, clean and all employees asked if they could be of assistance.
Has plenty of hard to find hardware for special products. Rating is based other True Value stores on the success of finding specific items related to heavy machinery. Other than that, Burn's is my go-to.

Have never been happier with a hardware store. Just bought a home here and am new to town. Have multiple projects need doing and limited experience. Went with a list and had no problem finding an absolutely amazing clerk that literally walked me through every isle and helped me check off everything. Couldn't not have been nicer! Will only ever shop here now for my home project needs!!
