The food was good, like usual. But the service was terrible. Our waitress was not attentive, constantly making sure the others around us were good. But not us. Didn't even come to ask if the food was good or if we needed anything else. We kept asking for a refill on our drinks, first one too. And nothing, never was brought to us. The waitress also charged us for an adult cupcake pancake meal when we specially said the Jr meal for our 3 YEAR OLD. And I even had the Jr menu in my hands showing her.. I of course talked to the manager and he fixed it. But the waitress didn't apologize or even acknowledge us when we were ready to pay. She sent over a different waitress. Pretty upsetting. We won't be returning this IHOP.

You can tell there's quite a few new people here. My server looked and sounded new. Which I'm not going to complain about my order being wrong. My complaint is that my inlet was still runny. I lost my appetite and didn't even want to take it home. I had to go by McDonald's on my way home for a disappointing soggy meal from a drive through. Nothing like spending way too much money just to be not hungry for the evening. I sat there for over an hour and a half and never got a refill on my drink either. I kinda don't think I want to pay for the meal. It was an absolute disappointment. It was a good attempt though.which is why there's 2 stars instead of just 1.

We ordered the biscuits and gravy and it was served to us cold like freezer cold, I've never experienced service like this before with IHOP and I am aware that there has been so many changes put into place involving Covid-19 hopefully next time I decide to eat here they can do better, but the server was awesome she even took out time to go back inside and warm everything up for us! I appreciate all of our essential workers working together to keep things a little bit more normal than it is

Great breakfast for supper. Nice staff. Glad inside dinning is open. Wasn't crowed.

I never get what I ordered, it’s always messed up or I didn’t get something. The lady taking orders I think her name is amber. She definitely does not need to be taking orders. She argued with me about which pancakes I wanted the last time I tried to order. And could you take a guess that I didn’t get the right pancakes after that? Waited for more than 20 minutes inside today, 4/11/21 while EVERYONE ignored me but helped others coming in after me.
