02/20/2021. Went to Clovis Arby’s for lunch to give it another try. Our previous visit was horrible the he food was bad and the service was worse, but that was a long time ago. So I thought possibly things had changed. Well they didn’t. Went to drive thru to order because it appears the dining room is still closed. Order the turkey, bacon sandwich for my wife and was told they didn’t have the bread for the sandwich, but could make it in a wrap. Wife decided to order a roast beef and macaroni and cheese was told no macaroni and cheese they forgot to take it out of the freezer the night before. What kind of business advertises a product all over their business and doesn’t prepare it for sale. After hearing this I decided to take my business somewhere else. It is truly sad how customer service, professionalism and doing the job right has been replaced with laziness and incompetence. Once again throughly disappointed with Arby’s. Years ago it used to be my favorite place to grab a bite. I really like the cheddar roast beef, but looks like I’ll have to do without it again until I go out of town. I have never done a review but thought it was time to voice my opinion and concern for this location

Beef N Cheddar you can't hardly go wrong and they DIDN'T, thanks y'allnI also finally tried the beef gyros and I will be getting them again.nnMy only suggestion for this location is that they try and speed up their service in the evening.
