This is one of our regular stops when traveling home to Texas from Colorado. New Mexico’s Covid restrictions had the lobby closed so we couldn’t use the restrooms, but we decided to drive through for a treat anyway. The guy working the window had the best attitude and was friendly and warm. I didn’t get his name, but please pass this on to the guy that was working the afternoon of 10.28.20, he was a bright spot in a long day of driving!

We went through the drive through in the evening and when we were waiting for our food, we noticed it seemed only one person was working. Then we saw another worker sitting and doing nothing for the hole time we were there (apparently waiting for food she got delivered that arrived as we left). Our food was cold and hard by the time we got it home. I'm still giving three stars for the fact that the Sundae was still yummy and the girl who was actually working was sweet and hard-working.

Wow! The service we got today was outstanding. We were traveling with our camping trailer and could not pull through the drive thru. When I walked up to the store, a young lady came out and took our order. The food was ready quickly and she brought it out to the street to us. After we ate, we called to say we were ready for the dipped cones we had ordered with our food and she brought them out (running so they wouldn’t melt)! She was genuinely interested in serving us and the food was very good.

I was given the wrong topping on 2 sundaes that I ordered at the drive up window. After being told I would need to move out of line so I wouldn't mess up the time frame for an order completion I was met with Rude, impatient employees trying to get me to get out of line. One female employee even yelled at me and my wife to move.nWe pulled around the building and the sundaes were brought to us. They didn't remake them, they just covered them with the topping we originally ordered. This isn't a good way to get repeat business. I won't be back!
