Selection of products for a store this size is decent. Customer service was non-existent. I wandered around the computer section for about 45 minutes and no one asked if I had questions or if they could help me. I did notice that men were being helped. Consequently I didn't buy a computer and a printer. I'll look for a computer and printer at another store.nnI have since returned to the store and the customer service has improved. More people asked if they could help me and were willing to answer my questions. By the way this store is bigger and has more products than the ones in Lubbock.

Service was unacceptable. Employees not friendly and didn't offer any assistance.

Called and asked a question waited for worker to respond. Then asked what else i needed and I repeated the question, said hold on then after 10 minutes on hold hung up. Called back asked the same question said hold up while he finds out and hangs up. Called again and soon as I started to talk he hung up. Sadly this the only office max in town.
