The lady didn't really help she was in rush. Could tell she hated her job. she didn't ask no questions. Had to go to library to print unemployment I asked before I came up if I needed anything from unemployment they said my phone should be ok as l ok as long as I could get in. I live in tucumcari I made sure to call and ask . It was inconvenience . I don't think she tried she asked no questions I wanted to claim my fiance because I provided for him the majority of the year because he was trying to get disability and was approved for disability this month but with unemployment he had income so the lady said I was not able to claim him which I thought was not right because I provided for him the majority of the year cuz he didn't work much.
