Staff is very rude . Gives no information as to why person was arrested. There has to be a reason, cops don't just put somebody in a police car and haul them off to jail for the fun of it. Their on line look up for inmates leads you to Ft. Morgan Alabama. Whole place is awful.

Staff is very rude, unhelpful and dismissive. When I asked to speak with a supervisor I was told that they weren't their to serve us?? I was trying to get in touch with my brother who was having trouble accessing his funds that we put into their Kiosk for him to be able to make phone calls to us and his attorney!! The 3 times I called and 3 times we went to see him. The staff at Morgan County jail were always rude, indifferent and were ALWAYS put out regardless of what we needed!! Something needs to be done!! Our Senators, Congressmen and state and federal government needs to know how they treat visitors that go to see their loved ones.. Horrible treatment!!!

With the exception of a couple of the staff here, the majority of them were extremely rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional towards my family and I.
