A few small issues, but nothing major. They do seem to be understaffed at times, and/or not using the staff that is there to the fullest potential.

Moved my prescription here from a nearby Walgreens because of continued rudeness at the previous location. Everyone here is always helpful, timely, willing to answer questions, and provide good service.

Hung up on by the Pharmacist. I have been a customer of this pharmacy for nearly 10 years. I would like to publicly state that this is the final prescription I will be filling with this Walgreens, or any Walgreens anywhere.nThe service has gone downhill steadily year after year, with longer delays and lower service year after year. The phone refill system has more and more advertisements, it takes multiple minutes to be able to do business with them.nWe have suffered through circling the block for hours for prescriptions that were not done on time. We have had unpleasant interactions with the steady stream of new Pharmacists that continue to turn over in this company. (similar to fast food employees, but way higher paid and much less friendly)nFinally, I called tonight, and after a 10 minute hold, after once again trying to sort through a prescription that was auto filled, even though I never signed up for it. I was hung up on by the Pharmacist, who was extremely rude. This is the final straw, and I am going to start the process of moving my prescriptions to ANYONE else. Good bye Wallgreens, please do yourself a favor and find a pharmacy that even cares a little bit, cause this company does not.

Don't refill perscription here! They won't be ready on time (days or even a week late if at all). Also, people will park... Yes, park... in pick up line to wait for their perscription to be refilled and pharmacists won't tell them to move or park off to the side, so other customers with perscriptions ready for pick up can't pick up in a quick and timely manner.nnCalled Walgreens customer service to let them know and they blew me off acting like I made all of this up.nnWish this wasn't the case.

I'm giving a one star because there isn't a ZERO. If you use this pharmacy, good luck. I left this pharmacy 20 years ago because of the idiocy that happens here, giving you the wrong drugs, not ready on time when stated, can't find your insurance, and a database that is so corrupt you might wind up with someone else's prescription. The people are RUDE, and you might get a pharmacist that knows what they are talking about, if you wait 20 minutes. If you call, oh man, be ready for an hour wait. I had hoped this had changed in the 20 years I was at Riteaide, but NO, it is the same mess as it was when I left it. Taking my scripts to Sams from now on. Good luck if you use this place, it is the WORST.
