Very nice staff, Therapist here seem very friendly and helpful.
After scheduling 2 weeks in advance, they made sure I knew the financial requirements because I was paying out of pocket but that was it. After driving an hour to this facility, she informs me they need a letter from his dad to see him. I asked why this was never said before. She tells me, I don’t know, I didn’t schedule you.nnWe walked out. I will not take my child to any facility that is this incompetent. It was obvious they were only concerned with money. I expect that’s how they treat their patients too.
They consistently mess up appointments cancel appointments with out letting anyone know like it's a joke and I'm really over my woman being upset because of them messing something up...
