Why can't I give zero stars?nnHad a tendinitis issue that my primary referred to PT. Went for a month.... a month too long.nnPrimary issues:nn1. They don't tell you this, but you can do all of this on your own. Get a routine and work on yourself, you don't need them. In fact, they say you will not recover unless you do treatment at home. Office visits are not needed.n2. G4 did not timely notify me of per visit costs, even when I explicitly inquired of costs before treatment.n3. When I asked for an estimate during initial visits, front desk said they would bill my insurance and report back. Zero effort to confirm coverage and align on treatment costs up front.n4. Billed for multiple cost codes each visit. Billed for 're-education' each visit that I did not request. Brent thinks this is normal practice. I think this is being greedy.n5. Staff will consistently talk with other patients and staff during your treatment.n6. Treatment is not private. Treatment occurs in one room with multiple patients being treated side by side.n7. Hot hot office. Appears they can't afford to cool their space.n8. When tried to set up payment plan with G4 after canceling treatment plan G4 (Brent) agreed to payment plan and agreed verbally to take payments when I could make them. Then they sent me to collections.nnRecommendation: go somewhere else or find treatments you can do at home yourself. You don't need the hassle of this office.nn-Nick

My son is a competitive athlete, who is still growing, and G4 has been a life saver for him and his passion for running. They are friendly and you can tell they truly care about getting you back to 100% as quickly as possible. They are experienced and highly knowledgable, ultimately leading you, or in my case, my son, towards a full recovery in record time. When my son first went in he couldn't finish his dynamics (warm-ups) because his knees were giving him so much pain. After we followed the Doc's recommendation he was back to practice and able to give 110%. The speed was especially important to our family because he was about to start the circuit for his National qualifier and being unable to practice would have certainly created issues in peaking his performance during race time. He ended up on the podium, with a National medal, so for our family, that speaks volumes to G4 Athlete's knowledge and abilities.nThank you G4! You are on our speed-dial!

Super impressed with Brent George and G4! After a year of foot pain from tennis and over $1K wasted on custom orthotics, insoles, massages, acupuncture and more... Brent quickly diagnosed the real problem and showed me 'why' my feet hurt. Within 45', he had me walking more comfortably with some simple modifications to off-the-shelf orthotic insoles. I highly recommend Brent/G4 if you have foot pain.
