Friendly, nicely and efficient. Pleasantly to talk to!
My overall experience with Bartells at Newcastle is fine except for a lady who works at the pharmacy. Each time I’ve encountered her either in person or on the phone she behaved aggressively. She has zero tolerance for mistakes/miss understandings. Each time I didn’t understand her or vice versa, she would’ve talked back in a harsh tone of voice.
Note pharmacy opens at 9am during the pandemic.
I've tried shopping here a few times over the years and didn't really care for it. Friendly customer service. Pharmacy lacks customer service. They're either quick or slooowww.
Went to get my prescription today. Once I got home we realized they only gave me half of what was prescribed. Honestly, it can’t be that hard to take an order and make sure you give the customer the order.
