Pretty much any free weights, weight machines, and cardio equipment you’d want plus a swimming pool, locker room, and showers. I’ve never had to wait for a cardio machine to open up and rarely had to wait for free weights.

Nice and clean facility, a little outdated though. Really friendly staff. Usually really cramped, so much so they set time limits on using the machines and I have difficulty finding parking.
