I called around to get several quotes. They were very competitive, polite both on the phone and in person, and Julio got the job done. He also walked me through several options on what kind of service will be most effective for the long run, if this becomes a recurring problem. He cleaned up the work area nicely when done. High marks all around.
Jesus and his other 2 team members came by today to do a sewer lateral inspection. His team arrived on time and went straight to work. Immediately, he determined that the home did not have a sewer lateral line. He gave clear and solid reasons why that is the case. Jesus certainly represented he has subject matter expertise, and acted both friendly and professionally.nnI would recommend Elite Rooter for these reasons, and would use them again. You want someone who knows their trade really well, and gets right to it.
Ismael came to the house to look at the malfunctioning water heater. I was pleasantly surprised - he was on time, phoned before arriving, was very pleasant and professional, looked sharp in his Elite Rooter company shirt. He gave me his opinion on the job and then offered to vacuum up the water in the water heater pan, no charge. I have not received their estimate yet but so far my experience with Elite Rooter has been excellent. I may replace a part, or perhaps the entire water heater. I was not charged for the “diagnostic” visit.
Julio is just amazing. He was thorough in his work, explained me what he is doing and very patiently finished the job. Highly recommend Julio and Elite Rooter for your plumbing needs.
