As park and rides go, it's fine. I do ding it a bit because it's got a funky entrance that pops up on you suddenly. Pay attention when you get close or you'll miss it.

If you stay in this parking lot longer than 5 minutes without getting on a bus the Bellevue police will be all over your..... instead of catching criminals choose another spot if you're trying to meet people to go play soccer or whatever this is not the place to meet people

The bus drivers are nasty and rude. The People like to trash this place all the time.
