Ed and Karen are the bomb. The custom work that Ed does is fabulous. One of the last real jewelers around. I recommend this shop to anyone who has taste in old school craftsmanship ud83cudf39

Had an incredibly disappointing experience here. Especially after being referred by Shane Co. and having such a pleasant experience with them. I dropped off my aunt's ring to be appraised and resized after being gifted the piece of jewelry. They were friendly at the time of drop off and said there should be no reason why I wouldn't have it done prior to me moving from California. I called at the beginning of the week to check on the status, they said they had to check and get back to me. I never received a call from them that day and had to call them back prior to them closing Tuesday. I was told that the appraisal was complete and that he still needed to resize. I explained I needed it by Thursday morning and was told there was no reason it shouldn't be done by then. I arrived this morning to find it still not finished. I paid for the appraisal but am bummed I won't be able to wear the jewelry until I find another jeweler in my new state.

The woman who runs/owns the store was awesome! She waited for my 4 year old to regain composure after the first ear was pieced for 1hr (we had sushi a few doors down). When we returned, she was still patient and caring!
