Good selection and fairly impressive showroom.nTheir customer service, organization and expertise is very poor.nCustomer service - slow to come to the counter (because they were socializing/flirting with other staff), not professional (eating lunch while helping us. They were not busy)nOrganization - We had to call multiple times to find out if our order had arrived. It took them forever to pull it even when we called ahead.nExpertise - We asked for order quantities based on the measurements we gave to them. They told us how many boxes to order. Unfortunately, for us, they recommended way to much and then would not let us return the product we did not use.

The showroom is quite large and they have a nice selection. The personnel are very personable as well. We were looking for back splash tile and found the perfect color.

It's always a pleasure & exciting to go in there! This time I went in for a craft project to do with kids, I just needed 4-sample tiles to make a project with the kids! The young lady who works there was gladly to help with no problem, I forgot to get her name! This store has so much to offer great deals! Great quality! We also did a kitchen remodel & I bought my backsplash tiles there! Last year in June 2019! We pretty much buy our tiles there for other house projects! They do have a variety of tiles that we love! Thank you for helping me out on a project to do with the kids now that they are schooling from home 2020 is crazy year!

The staff was very helpful with a return for a client. The tile/product was high quality and the project turned out very nice.
