Very friendly and they know there business. We bought two fireplace inserts from them. Highly recommended.
We went to discuss getting a gas insert for our fireplace. There staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and we felt at ease immediately. It's a family owned business and they are professionals. The options were communicated clearly as we're their installation timelines. We are buying an insert from them and l will write another review once we have the install done.
Unbelievable written communication. Obviously, owners should have stayed in school or at least paid attention in High School Business class. I will not return nor will I refer anyone. Rude beyond belief.
So far they are doing an awesome job. They have not installed the fireplace yet. The paperwork and measurements went great.
