Ed and Fred were amazing. Their products are of high quality and service is exceptional. Their prices were very competitive so there was no need to shop around any further. They often called and informed me on delivery expected times and dates and called to see if we were happy with our final product. I’ll be using them in the future for all my home needs.
We purchased carpet from Bair Rugs 16 years ago. The carpet was excellent as was the customer service. We just had our new carpet installed today. Again, the quality and variety of carpet too choose from as well as the customer service we have received is why we are return customers.
Very professional. Customer service is exceptional, Fred was helpful at every stage and personally made sure my whole--house vinyl was installed perfectly. Estimate was precise and upfront, and the guys who did the installation were absolutely wonderful with my schedule and my pets! Highly recommend them.
Thought the prices were high until I shopped elsewhere. Really good selection of carpet and gave me samples of carpet and square yard prices, not square foot.
Fred provided fabulous service. We will recommend him to everyone who says they want new carpet. Great service, great price, no wasted time! The installer, Ron Alvarez was top notch. The carpet looks wonderful and he left the house spotlessly clean. I will definitely ask for him as the installer when we have our residence re-carpeted!
