So far so good! My technician, Marcos came out today to repair my central heating unit and he was very knowledgeable, professional & courteous. I had been without heat for over a month, Marcos diagnosed the problem, ordered the part and had me up and running within a 24 hr turn around period. Overall it was a wonderful experience and I am grateful to finally have heat once again, thanks to Marcos & Paramount Plumbing & Heating!
Definitely a lifesaver!!! During the heatwave, our ac decided to stop blowing cool air. I was recommended Paramount Plumbing Heating and Air by a family member who spoke highly of Marcos. I called right away and within an hour Marcos came out. He was very professional and thorough. He serviced our unit and even gave me tips to prevent the issue from happening in the future. It was 95 degrees in the middle of summer in Downey when my unit decided to crash on me. I called Paramount Plumbing who were able to make it to my home within a couple of hours. Once they got to my house they were able to quickly diagnose my issue. They replaced my motor and made all the calls needed for it to be under warranty with-ought me moving one finger. All I was charged for was labor! Will highly recommend Paramount Plumbing. Very quick and very professional
