Freedom Forever - Fresno

January 12, 2021 I signed up with freedom forever it was the worst mistake of my life. After one month and $1000 deposit they determined they could not install my solar system on my 60 x 40 commercial sheet metal shop. The reason for not being able to install the system was the steel trusses were too thick for them to drill through. Later I got a call from the manager saying that they just weren’t comfortable installing the solar system on the sheet metal roof because they were not experienced in that type of install. That’s fair enough I told him I wish they would’ve just been honest with me upfront but no hard feelings. Now I was wondering when I might get my thousand dollars back. Around February 25 I called and asked when I would see my thousand dollar deposit and they said they had processed it and it should be going out soon. End of March I still hadn’t seen my deposit so I made another phone call and they gave me the exact same story I explain to them that when they needed the money for the deposit I sent it right away now they can’t do the work and they don’t want to send my money back this is not fair. they promised they would get it out right away. It is now April 7 and I still have not seen the money returned. I called again today and they gave me the same story to say the least I was not very happy. Asked to talk to a manager or someone in charge and they said there was no one to talk to I believe this is a fraudulent company and I will probably never get back my money. I sure hope no one else ever trust this company not only do they not stand by their word they don’t even know how to install a simple solar system.

This company is a very poor structure company that does not value there employees and does not stand for them. They will only seek from the upper management and does not take great value in their employees that do the hard work. If you’re planning to work for this company I highly just suggest that you find a different company to work for this company will not stand for your rights and only believe what the higher management has to say. Your word means nothing here and will get nowhere you will get fired for no reason at all. OSHA needs to really pay attention to this company because they are doing things that are not right and could get shut down for these things that they are doing to their employees. This company used to be a family oriented company that treated everyone like family that worked there, then turned into a company that does not take full responsibility for their actions. They treat everyone now like if they are doing something wrong, and make statements that are false against their employees.This is for the Fowler, California location.

Freedom Forever did an incredible job with my solar installation! My wife and I are very happy we made the decision to go solar with them!
