My situation for seeing Dr. Kelly mainly stemmed from having an under-active thyroid. We tested my food allergies and hormones and got to work. I believe over time I had forgotten what it was like to actually feel good, and had just accepted how I felt, chalking it up to changes as you age. Well that couldn't be further from the truth! With some life changes in the food department and a few supplements to help my body change and heal, Dr. Kelly's coaching and approach to health continues to make a huge impact on my journey.
