Stuart V Demirs Md

I saw Dr. Demirs as a young adult. I recently moved home from Hawaii and my insurance assigned me with Dr. Demirs. I was excited to be able to see him again as I really enjoyed him as my doctor in my younger years. I called and asked if they could fit me in. The woman at the front desk named “Jennifer” was very rude and said “ he is no longer taking new patients and I honestly don’t even know WHY they would assign you to us”. I explained that I’m not sure but would like if she would ask if he would see me as I am pregnant and suffering with severe itchiness on my arms and need a primary care doctor (I also live in Charlestown so it would be very convenient).nShe said “ I’ll ask and call you back... two days go by no return call... I called back talk to another women on the third day and she said she would have Jennifer call me. No call, I called back again and Jennifer answered. I told her I never heard back from her and would like to see the doctor or know if I would need to go somewhere else. She was so rude and acted as if I was a complete bother to her and with an attitude said “ummmm I’ll ask him AGAIN tonight”. At that time I decided that I do not want to be seen here with customer service that is so poor and disrespectful.nI am writing this review because as a business owner myself for many years I know the importance of customer service. I’m sure Dr. Demirs would not like his patients to be treated in such a way. Being kind to people and returning a phone call goes a long way.

All the staff is amazing here. They know who you are when you call or walk in and that is really special! Always kind and prompt very happy with this switch.

I've been seeing Dr. Demirs for 22 years. I love everyone there :)
