Honestly, I had low expectations as I normally think fusion restaurants have mediocre dishes at best. I got short rib, pork, and ginger beef tacos with corn tortillas and it was absolutely delicious. Mind blown by the complimentary flavor combos. For sure I have to try other menu items now.
Small but Great vibes!!! Beautiful photos on the walls too. Food was tasty so order a nice sized portion!!
Flat Waves catered my backyard wedding reception and exceeded my expectations. Communicating with Sabrina via email was effortless and seamless. Her and the two “party crashers” followed all Covid guidelines and arranged themselves and their equipment in the way they needed to in order to adhere to the guidelines and serve my guests smoothly. Everyone raved over the food and we enjoyed leftovers for a couple days after. I would absolutely have them cater an event for me again and I 100% recommend them to anyone in need of catering for a small or large gathering!
We used Flat Waves catering for our casual mini - socially distanced - wedding. They were amazing! Sabrina was very professional and helped us pick a delicious taco menu for our guests as well as walking us through options for COVID precautions. We heard our guests say great things about the food (and we loved it too!).
Holy Schnikes, so delicious on all fronts! Gotta work this into the weekly menu somehow. And holy granola dragon fruit sorbet + , seriously healthily epic! Really appreciate you all!
