Was not properly informed of the costs for my visits for a small burn injury to my hand and was hit with a surprise $140 bill upon my third visit, of which I was not informed of my previous two visits. While I would rate the experience on billing alone a 1 star, the staff was friendly and concerned so 3 stars seems appropriate. Make sure you confirm what all costs are going to be ahead of time (suppose that’s obvious) if you are uninsured!

The staff was extremely friendly and professional. Their COVID protocols made me feel safe. I highly recommend this Urgent Care facility.

Such an easy places to get tested. You make an appointment online, they call you the day of to get all of your information and then you just pull up to a tent and they administer the test in your car. When I called they said results take 3-5 days but we had ours about 26 hours later. Be sure to confirm that your name is spelled correctly in your paperwork though- my husband’s was not and it led to a small issue when we tried to get his test results online.

Super nice people and very efficient. I went for a Covid test and they were following all safety protocols as well as making sure I was. They were empathetic and also cheerful which was very much appreciated.
