The staff and doctors are so patient, friendly and attentive. While I was there an older woman was confused & having some trouble, they treated her so kindly and respectfully even though she was getting angry and a little bit loud. Even the doctor came out to the waiting room to assist & calm her. She was having trouble seeing and thought her glasses were stolen, she was actually wearing them ud83dude09. The whole staff was so nice and professional in that stressful situation. My parents' current eye doctor is retiring soon and I have already recommended this office for them!

Most of the staff is very friendly, and I was able to get an appointment fairly easily, and they were very accommodating and flexible re-scheduling my eye dilation. However, when I went to get just the lenses in my glasses replaced at their store, it was going to be over $300. The lady also tried to up-sale me more than once, even after I said multiple times I just wanted the standard lenses. Finally, I decided I was not going to go through with the purchase. I went online and found a way more affordable eye-glasses store (Warby & Parker). I gave them my information to get my prescription from Eye-health Vision. Warby & Parker were unable to get my prescription. So I called Eye health Vision, where I was transferred to an answering machine. I left my information to get a call back (this was at noon). By 2:45, I still had not gotten a callback, so I called them again, and I was informed that they were probably busy and that If I didn't hear back by 4 pm to call back. I never received a call back; I called them again the next morning to be put on hold for several minutes. I understand things are chaotic with COVID and everything, but before I even called them about my prescription, I got onto my Eye Vision Portal, where there is a place that says prescription, but nothing was listed. I sent an email to my doctor a couple of days before calling and did not receive a response. It has been four days, and I have still not received a response, and my prescription has still not been uploaded.nnOn a side note, something I thought was odd that they didn't do. When they are checking your eyes, and you are asked to read the letters across the room, they don't change the letters when they switch to your other eye. So when you have to read the letters out loud, you already know what they are. Even if they are blurry, you already know what they are.

I had both cataracts removed . Of course I was scared but the entire eye team were wonderful . The procedure didn’t hurt at all - just the opposite . Afterwards the lazor ( second part ) was so quick & easy . I would recommend this eye vision location & team to anyone . If your eyes feel funny get your eyes checked . If you have cataracts get them out . The world won’t be blurry or discolored anymore . I didn’t know I had become color blind . I was . Now I’m not . Thankyou very much everyone ! Sincerely , Barbara
