This company came highly recommended by a local tree company. I called and had a pleasant conversation with someone who told me they would be in contact to schedule an appointment. After 3 weeks and multiple phone calls with promises someone would contact me the same day we decided to find a different service. If this is any indication of how they do business it is probably safe to move on.
**update to original review: after posting this we called them and they agreed to a schedule set by us and would notify us before arrival. Much easier to work with that when we called after the double treatment. L** Went with them over competitors because their price was the best and they were a local company. But beware, they tell you an application price and then do multiple applications on your lawn at once which make them way more expensive than their competitors. They kept telling us each time it would be $70. I thought great that works for us. They just came out last week and did double application and hit us with a $145 bill bc it’s based on application not visit. Their competitors might be $5-$10 more but at least they don’t lie and the price is the same every time they come out. Avoid this company if you don’t want surprise costs that are more than double in the original quote.nnWhen we called I simply asked if we could have a warning to when they were coming out and how many applications so we can either say yes or no to them, but the owner said no. So they can show up whenever and do however many applications and just charge us? No thanks. It’s a shame I heard them advertised on WNIR and hoped it would be a good honest company but we were wrong.
Always professional both in the office and during service. Very good application with excellent results. Efficient use of investment. Much cheaper than taking care of our acre myself. Highly recommended.
Pricey. Still have weeds but grass is thick.nnUpdate.. changed from 3 stars to 5. Attention to detail from a manager has made my grass beautiful. Thank you
I have used different lawn service companies over the years. I have never had so many weeds in lawn as I do now. I went with them the first year because of decent price. That price goes way the second year.
